Job Responsibilities

  • Answer any customer queries in-store, by phone, via fax or email
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Identify, investigate and resolve customer equipment order and return matters
  • Prepare and review sales quotes, sales order transactions and claims forms for accuracy
  • Receive service call requests from facilities, retail clients and Sales Staff
  • Generate requests for service calls in the internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding quotes, orders, delivery and installation schedules
  • Process customer payments e.g. cash, cheques, credit card transactions
  • Review customer account history to ensure timely payment

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

SKILLS:

  • Completion of high school
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a customer service role
  • Must be fully bilingual in both French and English
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to remain organized and to prioritize workload
